Creating an eForm Template

Templates define the structure and behaviour of your form.

Create a Template

1. Click Create New Template.
   
   
2. Select a layout:
   • Card Form
   • Classic Form
   • Paginated Form
     
     
     
3. Enter:
   • Template Name
   • Form Title
   • Form Description
     
     
4. Click Next.
5. Configure any required dynamic elements or thank you page.
6. Continue to the Design step.
